The fee for a copy of a report is $5. Reports can be obtained in-person during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Plainfield Police Department. Payment can be made in-person by cash, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

If you wish to request a report by mail, please send the request including the report number to the following address with the $5 payment in the form of a money order or business check along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of the report:
