Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was created to advise the Director of the Division of Planning and Zoning, the Plan Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Design Review Committee in matters related to proposed public hearings, procedures for the review of public hearings, and amendments to the Zoning or Subdivision Control Ordinances.  TAC is composed of various members of Town staff or their designated representatives as described below.  Interested parties should check the  Development Services calendar for scheduled meetings. TAC meetings are generally held on two Thursdays of the month, subject to the Plan Commission scheduling, at 9:00 am in the Plainfield Municipal building unless said date is a holiday or there are no items on the agenda for the meeting.
