For your convenience, the town maintains a utility payment drop box located in the parking lot of the Municipal Building. It is available 24 hours a day. The utility billing clerks empty it once every morning at the beginning of the day and process payments. Please be aware that anything left in the drop box will likely be processed the next day, not the day you place it in the box.
If you are concerned about late payment or a possible utility shut off, please come in the building and pay at the window rather than use the drop box. You may also pay with a valid credit card using our online utility bill payment system.
Summer Sewer Rates
The Town of Plainfield Town Council has approved the 2020 Summer Sewer Rate Program.
Due to COVID-19, the Utility Billing Office is closed.

Mail your form and a $50 check to 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, IN 46168.
Checks must be mailed by May 15th
