Ronald Lydick has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Plainfield since 1999. Ron received a BS in Business Education from Indiana State University and a MS in Business Education from Indiana University. He has experience as a Business Education teacher and as a satellite program administrator for Indiana Vocational Technical College.

More recently, Ron has been the Human Resource Manager for Blue & White Service, Inc., where he managed the recruiting, selection and training of employees for all positions. Since he came to the Town of Plainfield, Ron's activities have included facilitating employee benefits, overseeing the development of job descriptions, aiding in interviewing for new positions and conducting exit interviews.
