Open burning complaints can put our firefighters in a difficult position. It is a situation that is often ends with someone unhappy. When we respond to a complaint, generally the person who is burning is unhappy that we are there, especially if we have to put the fire out. On the other hand, the complainant will be unhappy if we don't do something.
