Rev. Roger Foggin is the Plainfield Police Department Chaplain. We are also fortunate to have officers as chaplains. Gary Tanner, Chad Parks, and Jill Lees also serve as police chaplains. The chaplains help families in the community at different scenes, comfort those that have lost a loved one, and show support for residents in times of crisis. They also minister to our officers and staff.
