Assistant Chief Lees is a Graduate of Ball State University and a
graduate of the FBI National Academy. He has been with the
department since 1991. He was appointed to the position of Assistant
Chief in 2007.He serves as the immediate supervisor to all Command
Staff personnel and is responsible for the overall performance of the
department. Assistant Chief Lees is responsible for all department
assigned equipment, department patrol vehicles and serves as the
technical advisor for the departments radio system.
