New Planning and Zoning Schedules and Procedures for 2007
The Department of Planning and Zoning would like to announce the meeting schedules for 2007. Filing deadlines have changed for Zone Map Change, Minor Residential Subdivisions, Development Plans, and Vacation of Land. These deadlines have changed from 30 days before meetings to 37 days. These new filing deadlines will be in effect for the February 5, 2007 Plan Commission meeting. The 2007 schedules can be found under Available Forms / Public Hearing Schedules.
Another change affecting filing procedures is that digital plans in DWG, and either JPEG, TIFF, or PDF format will now be required. The 2007 Petitions can be found under Available Forms / 2007 Petitions.
New to the web site are Rules of Procedure for the Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), Design Review Committee (DRC) and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). These can be found under the Available Ordinances heading.
