11.1 Required Permits and Approvals

Intent - The Development Review Procedures for the Town of Plainfield are intended to provide for the protection of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the residential and business citizens of the Town of Plainfield by providing for the thorough review of all permit applications and development petitions so that informed decisions regarding such permit applications and development petitions may be rendered while balancing the needs of the development community for the timely review of those permit applications and development petitions.
