Fee Adjustments
Not-for-Profits
The filing fee shall be reduced by 50% for any charitable organization which submits a copy of a current statement from the IRS confirming its charitable (501 c 3) status at the time of filing of the petition.
Early Filing of Petitions
In those instances where multiple petitions with different filing deadlines are required for an individual project (e.g., Primary Plat @ 60 days, Development Incentive @ 45 days and Architectural & Site Design Review or Zone Map Change @ 30 days) the base fee for each complete early filing petition which is filed at the same time with another petition requiring a longer time frame for review and which is scheduled for a combined hearing on the same Plan Commission docket shall be reduced by 25%.
