AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION FEES
WHEREAS, the Plainfield Advisory Plan Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, March 7, 2005 on proposed amendments to the Official Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Plainfield Advisory Plan Commission voted unanimously to amend, add, and/or delete fees applicable to the Plainfield Planning and Building Department; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana desires to amend and repeal Section 1 of Ordinance No. 17-96: Fees in its entirety and replace it with a revised fee schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana desires to amend Article 11.6: Fees of Ordinance No. 21-97: Plainfield Zoning Ordinance to include a revised fee schedule.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PLAINFIELD, HENDRICKS COUNTY INDIANA:
Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances:
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed insofar as they do conflict.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on August 1, 2005 after publication as provided by law.
SAID ORDINANCE IS HEREBY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July 2005.
