The Plainfield Board of Zoning Appeals met on Monday, July 28, 2008. In attendance were Ms. Duffer, Mr. Cavanaugh, Mr. Gibbs and Mr. Monnett.

Mr. Cavanaugh made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 16, 2008 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting as submitted. Second by Ms. Duffer. Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Mr. Carlucci asked, is BZA-08-010 going to be continued?
Mr. James said yes for petition BZA-08-010, Mary Solada they have requested a continuance to the August meeting.
Mr. Gibbs made a motion to approve the continuance of BZA-08-010, Mary Solada to the August BZA meeting. Second by Mr. Cavanaugh. Roll call vote called.

Mr. James said our second petition is BZA-08-011 but with the petitioner not being present, and also we have not received the notarized affidavit for noticing, I recommend we continue this petition to the August meeting.
