AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH GUILFORD TOWNSHIP
WHEREAS, the Town of Plainfield has been contacted by the representatives of Guilford Township seeking an Interlocal Agreement between the Township and the Town of Plainfield for the enforcement of their Ordinance No. 1-2003 regarding rules and regulations for parks and other recreational areas in Guilford Township; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens of Plainfield, the public safety and the public welfare that the Town enter into the proposed Interlocal Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana that the Town enter into the proposed INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT with Guilford Township.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Town Council and upon publication as provided by law.
