Hi, my name is Jennifer Setty, and I am a Utility Billing Clerk for the Town of Plainfield. I started working for the Town in September 2010. My responsibilities include taking in utility payments for water and sewer, handling customer inquiries, balancing cash receipts and preparing bank deposits, maintaining work orders for any repairs or needed maintenance on the meters, and creating accounts when we have new meters set in place. I also finalize utility accounts and help process monthly bills.

I have worked in the administrative field for over 13 years including ADESA Auto Auction in Accounts Receivables for 10 years and The Department of Workforce Development as an Accountant.

I love having family time and bike riding.
