Resolution to Transfer Funds to the Group Health Care Fund


Whereas, the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County finds that the purposes of the Group Health Care Fund (901) has been underfunded; and,

Whereas, there is remaining in the Rainy Day Fund (105) an unused and unencumbered balance:

NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, does hereby transfer Two Hundred Thousand, dollars, ($200,000.00) from the Rainy Day Fund (105) to the Group Health Care Fund (901) for the specific purpose of using this amount to pay the group health care claims as received by the Town's Group Health Administrator for fiscal years 2012 and beyond.



ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF DECEMBER, 2011.
